The Surplus Property Roundtable (SPR)
We are the national leader in the sustainable management, disposition and reuse of corporate-owned surplus and environmentally impaired real estate assets. Comprised of senior leaders from Fortune 100 and leading non-profit organizations, the mission of the SPR is to establish best practices for responsibly managing surplus properties through policy, benchmarking, educational outreach and training, with the goal of returning these properties to productive use, eliminating blight, creating new tax revenues and jobs, elevating the built environment and the sustainable preservation of natural resources.
